GROUP ANNOUNCES NEWEST PROJECT:
INFINITY II LOFTS AT BRICKELL
MIAMI, FL (October 31, 2006) - The development team behind
Infinity at Brickell has announced plans for their second tower,
Infinity II Lofts at Brickell, the first all-loft luxury
condominium in Miami's dynamic, urban lifestyle neighborhood, and
the Brickell area's second-tallest residential building.
Infinity II Lofts at Brickell will
feature the chic, contemporary design of the first tower, and will
soar 69 stories above ground, with 559 one, two and three-bedroom,
all-loft residences from 904 to more than 4,600 square feet. The
project will also include office condominiums ranging in size from
504 to 2,059 square feet, as well as ground-floor retail space.
Prices range from the low $500s to more than $2.5 million.

In response to the slowing market and as
evidence of their solid financial backing, Yanopoulos also
announced an unprecedented incentive for brokers. DYL will provide
50% of the broker commission at contract, and 50% when the
construction loan is secured - usually shortly after
groundbreaking - rather than the traditional commission
distribution.
Typically, the broker has to wait to
receive the full commission until after the building is completed
and individual contracts are closed, which in some cases could be
anywhere from one to three years depending on the project. Brokers
who sell Infinity II will receive the full commission after the
project breaks ground, approximately two years before completion.
"Our broker program was designed to
emphasize the fact that this project has been undertaken by a
financially strong, established development organization,"
said Yanopoulos. "Combined with the lavish nature of the
unique property, we have a truly solid project."
