DYL GROUP APPOINTS MICHAEL COLETTI
AS SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT OF OPERATIONS

MIAMI, FL. (October 25, 2006) - DYL Group, which recently acquired Colonial Development Group, announced today that Michael Coletti has been named the company's Senior Vice President of Operations. 
     Michael brings to DYL Group a deep-seated knowledge in successfully realizing high-end real estate projects. As Senior Vice President of Operations, Michael's responsibilities include overseeing the departments of Finance, Information Systems, Human Resources, Marketing and Sales. Michael also assists the CEO with bringing in new business opportunities and development of projects.

     Michael has more than 25 years experience in the development and construction industry. He has an extensive background in high-level executive positions in Operations and Finance with well-regarded companies such as Turnberry Associates, Ivy Development, Coletti & Associates and Radiology Associates.
Michael attended the University of Miami as well as Nova University, where he received his business degrees.
